Reporting an Arrest

As required by the School Code, all employees must provide written notice within seventy-two (72) hours after a subsequent arrest or conviction for an offense enumerated under 24 P.S. §§1-111(e) or (f.1).  The notice must be provided on the Act 24 Arrest Form.  This form is also completed by new employees as part of the hiring process.
