Tuition Reimbursement and Course Approval and Salary Adjustment Requests
Course Approval Request forms must be completed for courses that employees intend to take and seek reimbursement for. Terms for Reimbursement are governed by employee agreements.
Request for Tuition Reimbursement forms must be completed after an approved course has been taken.
FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND ATTACH ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION AND INFORMATION OR THEY WILL BE SENT BACK.
SEND ALL FORMS TO HUMAN RESOURCES BY INTEROFFICE MAIL - DO NOT EMAIL THEM TO THE HR DIRECTOR.
Please do not submit more credits that you are entitled to reimbursement for. HR will not retain those credit requests, they will be returned to you.
BTEA Salary Adjustment Requests based on Academic Credits. Please see our new form below to replace the triplicate mini form previously used. As always, contact HR with any questions.
Please do not submit more credits that would justify your movement on scale. The HR office will not retain those credits as overages for you. They will be denied and you will have them returned to you to resubmit when appropriate.
