Tuition Reimbursement, Course Pre-Approval, and Salary Adjustment Requests

 
Course Pre-Approval
Course Pre-Approval Request forms must be completed before taking any course for which an employee intend to seek reimbursement. Reimbursement eligibility and terms are governed by employee agreements.
 
The District will reimburse tuition costs for undergraduate and graduate courses taken at colleges or universities accredited by the Middle State Commission on Higher Education. To verify accreditation, please visit: https://www.msche.org/institution/
 
Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition Reimbursement Request forms must be completed after successfully completing an approved course. 
 
ALL FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED FULLY AND INCLUDE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION AND INFORMATION. INCOMPLETE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE RETURNED.  
 
Please do not submit requests for more credits than you are entitled to receive reimbursement for. HR will not retain requests exceeding your entitlement; these will be returned.
