January is “School Director Recognition Month” in Pennsylvania. We salute our nine elected school board members who volunteer their time to serve Bensalem students, teachers, and staff.

Bensalem High School is delighted to host the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) District 11 Choral Concert. Some of the best musicians representing 32 participating schools from Bucks and Montgomery Counties will receive music when they arrive, rehearse together, and perform a concert on the following dates.

As a result of their sterling efforts from the first marking period and their continued participation in the MCJROTC program, Col John C. Church, Jr., USMCR (Ret.) Head Leadership Studies, Senior Marine Instructor and MSgt (Ret.) Shawn Worthen, USMCR Marine Instructor are proud to announce that the following cadets have earned promotions to the ranks set forth below.

Bensalem High School students are hosting a show for Bensalem Senior Citizens filled with exciting performances by our choir, band, orchestra, dance group and faculty.

Bensalem students are preparing to share their talents and skills at winter concerts. Every school in the district is opening its doors; inviting adults, children, family, friends and neighbors to an evening of festive entertainment. Admission is free.

Congratulations to the Bensalem Township School District Orchestra members who participated in the Bucks County Music Educator’s “String Day” Festival on Saturday, November 4th.

The Annual Reorganization Meeting will take place at 7 PM on Monday, December 4, 2023.

Bensalem High School senior Joshua Rivadeneira and juniors Marnaath Nyak and Sophia Shipp have earned academic honors from the College Board National Recognition Programs. These National Recognition Programs grant underrepresented students with academic honors that can be included on college and scholarship applications and connect students with universities across the country, helping them stand out during the admissions process.
