Dear BTSD, SLCS and BCTHS Families,
We are excited to introduce StopFinder for the 2026-2027 school year, the all-in-one parent engagement app designed to help families stay informed about their child's transportation services. StopFinder provides families with convenient, real-time access to important school bus information right from their smartphone. Through the app, families can:
- View their child's assigned bus schedule
- Track the real-time location of the school bus
- Receive estimated bus arrival times
- Receive important transportation notifications and updates
- Stay informed of route changes, delays, and other transportation-related information
Our goal is to provide families with a safe, reliable, and transparent transportation experience. StopFinder helps improve communication between the Transportation Department and our families while providing peace of mind throughout the school day.
In the coming weeks, families will receive additional information regarding account activation, app download instructions, and how to begin using StopFinder. The app is available for both Apple and Android devices.
We encourage all families to take advantage of this valuable tool to stay connected with your child's transportation services.

Transportation Department
The Bensalem Township School District Transportation Department works closely with the schools, students and their parents to ensure a safe, dependable and efficient ride to and from school. Riding on a school bus is the safest way for your child to travel. All drivers are trained and certified according to state mandates. They are also required to pass all state and federal background checks for Criminal Records, Child Abuse and Fingerprinting.
We hope you find the information presented here helpful. Please use one of the following methods to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your child’s transportation to and from school.
Questions, concerns or transportation needs will be investigated in a timely manner and response will be given by email. Please give as many facts as possible within your email to enable the staff to thoroughly investigate the situation and send a reply. At the beginning of the school year, e-mail is the best mode of communication and preferred.
If you want to send a “Kudos Letter” to a bus driver or the department, please use the email address above.
Telephone: The transportation department is available during the hours of 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM at 215-750-2800, ext. 4400. If you call during non-business hours, please leave a detailed message; someone will return your call as soon as possible. Investigations need as many facts as possible to be supplied in this initial phone call to enable us to have information together when we return your phone call.
Telephone number for non-public school/special needs students callout is 215-750-2820. This number is to be used if your child(ren) do not need AM, PM or transportation all day.
