Question: How do I login to Portal?
Answer: Login using your BTSD credentials (Not E-Mail - No "@bensalemsd.org" is required)
 
Question: Is portal only available for students?
Answer: No. Portal is available for staff and students.
 
Question: As a parent/guardian can I login to portal?
Answer: A parent/guardian can login to portal with a student's credentials. Parents/guardians CANNOT create accounts to portal.
 
Question: My student does not know their login credentials. How can I find out their credentials?
Answer: Please contact the secretary of the building that your student attends. They will be able to provide you with the login credentials.
 
Question: Does my student need to "Claim" their account?
Answer: No. The account claim process is only for staff members.
 
Question: I entered my student's E-Mail when using the "Forgot My Username" function under in the "Need Help?" section but have not yet received an E-Mail. What do I do?
Answer: Currently BTSD students do not have valid E-Mail addresses. If you need to find out your student's username please read the question above that starts with "My student does not know their login credentials".
 
Question: I entered my student's E-Mail when using the "Forgot My Password" function under in the "Need Help?" section but I received an error. What do I do?
Answer: This feature is not for students. If you need to find out your student's password please read the question above that starts with "My student does not know their login credentials".
