1. Teachers must review BTSD's Field Trip PROCEDURES for information about substitute costs, chaperone ratios, nurse requirements, and transportation costs. Reviewing these procedures months before the preferred time of your field trip is strongly encouraged.
2. Teachers review BTSD's Field Trip Guidelines, the before the trip Checklist and the day of the trip Checklist.
3. Teachers must complete and submit the below two forms to his/her building principal. If approved at that level, the teacher should submit these forms to District Office. Send Elementary Requests to Mrs. Beverly Crispo and Secondary Requests to Miss Suzy Bibeck.

4. The teacher distributes and collects all signed Informed Consent Forms (permissions slips) for all students attending and makes any final preparations according to district guidelines and policies.
