Bensalem HS

Congratulations to the following Bensalem High School (BHS) music students who successfully auditioned and were selected to participate in the 2026 Bucks County Music Educators Association Chorus. Students are selected through a rigorous audition process, auditioning amongst the best music students from neighboring high schools throughout Bucks and Montgomery counties.

October 10th was a great morning at Bensalem High School! As part of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps 250th birthday celebration, we hosted a wonderful event. Four military helicopters landed on the practice football field for our students, staff and special guests to see. It was so exciting to see the fast-rope demonstration as four active-duty members descended a thick rope allowing them to deploy from the helicopter with the aircraft still in the air.

Bensalem High School seniors Lucas Ferrandez and Megh Patel have been named “Commended Students” in the 2026 National Merit Scholarship Program. A Letter of Commendation from the school and National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC), which conducts the program, was presented to these scholastically talented seniors.
