Dear Parents,
For safety reasons and the ability to identify students, students are not permitted to wear any item that covers their head while in school. The only exceptions is if a student has religious or medical reasons to wear any item that totally covers his/her head.
In the near future, the high school administration will be implementing new procedures to ensure students are in class on time. The new measure may result in immediate disciplinary consequences for students who are not getting to class on time. Please take time to stress the importance of being on time.
It is important for students to attend school. When a student has to miss school, parents are required to submit an excuse note to the Main Office or homeroom teacher no later than the third day after the student returns to school. Once a student accumulates ten absences during the year, parents will be required to submit a doctor’s note for each absence.
