Dear Bensalem Township School District Community,
We want to extend our sincerest apologies for the bus transportation difficulties experienced during the first few days of school. We recognize the inconvenience and concern these issues have caused for some of our students, families, and staff. Please know that we take these concerns seriously and are actively working with our transportation partners to identify and resolve the root causes.
Our team has already implemented several corrective measures, including:
• Deploying additional staff to assist with coordination, communication, and oversight.
We are committed to ensuring that our students have safe, reliable transportation to and from school. Your patience and understanding during this time mean a great deal to us, and we appreciate the feedback many of you have shared.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through these challenges. Our transportation team will be working on Friday, August 29, Saturday, August 30, and Sunday, August 31 from 8 – 11 AM to resolve any outstanding issues.
