General Troubleshooting Tips

 

Below are a few troubleshooting tips for users who are having commonly known issues.

 

Having an issue with a site not loading/working correctly?

1. Try clearing your cache/browsing history. Click here for instructions on how to clear browser history/cache!
2. Reboot your device.
3. If the problem occurs after reboot please enter a Helpdesk ticket.

Having an issue accessing a site you can normally access?

1. Click Here To See If You Are Recognized By Our Content Filter
2. If you cannot access the above site (Reddit) then your device is not being recognized by our content filter. A temporary work around is simply to click the link above and when the window appears sign into the login using your BTSD credentials. 
3. Reboot your device.
4. If the problem occurs after reboot please enter a Helpdesk ticket (Be sure to set the Request Type to "Internet > Page Will Not Load").
