Congratulations to BHS senior, Samantha Bajek who recently performed first trumpet at the PMEA Region VI Band Festival at Downingtown High School West along with over 120 of the best band students from 45 schools in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Philadelphia and Delaware Counties. Sam will once again represent BHS on the trumpet at the PMEA Region VI Orchestra festival later this month.
Also, congratulations to Ethan Hinshaw, Samantha Bajek, Emiliano Quinones and Margaret MacAdams who performed at the PMEA Region VI Chorus Festival at Quakertown HS. These students were selected by audition, competing against students from schools in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Philadelphia and Delaware Counties. We are proud to announce that Emiliano was a featured soloist during the concert. Ethan, Sammy and Maggie will move on to represent BHS at the PMEA All-State festival held in April in Erie, PA. Additional congratulations to Ethan, Maggie and Sammy who all ranked #1 in their sections!
