Important: To register a new student, you must create a new user ID. Previously created usernames will not work for new student registrations.

 

Required Documents for Upload to the Registration Portal

1. Completed registration forms
2. Your child’s birth certificate
3. Your child’s immunization records
4. Four (4) proofs of residency (see below)

Residency Documentation Requirements: 

You must provide four (4) current documents showing your address.

• Required (2 documents):
• A current electric or cable/FiOS bill
• Proof of home ownership or lease agreement (e.g., Mortgage Statement, Tax Bill, or Lease)
• Choose any two of the following:
• Bank statement
• Driver’s license
• Vehicle registration card
• Voter registration card
• Bill receipts showing new address
• Utility “Turn-On” statement
• Statement of homeowner’s insurance

 

Compulsory School Age Requirement

 

Important Update:
As of September 26, 2019, Pennsylvania law requires that all children ages 6 through 18 must comply with compulsory school attendance.

To meet this requirement, your child must be enrolled in and attending one of the following:

• A public elementary, middle, or high school
• A public charter or cyber-charter school
• A private licensed academic or religious school
• A certified home tutoring program
• An approved homeschooling program

 

Exceptions may apply for documented medical or other compelling reasons, as outlined in District attendance policies

 

NOTE: All proofs of residency must show name and address and MUST be within 2 months of current date of registration
