Bensalem School District strives to deliver a first class education for the whole child that challenges and supports each student to discover a passion for learning while designing and achieving a personal vision of success.
Our cyber program provides a free and flexible asynchronous virtual learning schedule for grades K-12. Cyber students receive curriculum taught by highly qualified, certified teachers provided through an acclaimed provider. Students & families are supported by Bensalem teachers who serve as cyber coordinators. All courses are aligned with Bensalem standards and curriculum.
Edgenuity & Imagine Learning
Bensalem School District, partnered with Edgenuity®, offers a nationally accredited virtual platform with certified instructors , professional academic support, and curriculum aligned to national and state standards.
Edgenuity® virtual instructors are dedicated teachers who put their students first. They work across time zones and channels to provide students with data-driven, personalized virtual instruction and give them the support they need to learn, grow, and succeed.
Highlights
Bensalem Township Cyber Coordinator Support Team is available for academic and technical support daily! We work closely with course teachers, building administrators, and parents to create student-centered virtual learning!
Bensalem Cyber students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular student activities--including clubs, sports, dances, field trips, field day, parades and much more!
Bensalem Cyber students earn a prestigious Bensalem Township School District diploma upon completion of 12th grade. Graduating Seniors will participate in all commencement celebrations with their peers!
Student Support
With Edgenuity® Instructional Services, students can take courses from home as part of a full-time virtual program. Students have access to virtual instructors who guide, motivate, and communicate with them.
In addition, Concept Coaches provide real-time, on-demand tutoring in courses when they need it.
Additionally, Bensalem Cyber students are paired with a local Bensalem Township certified teacher liaison to support them virtually learning!
Online Tutoring
The increased flexibility that comes with virtual instruction shouldn’t prevent our students from getting extra help when they need it. Bensalem partnered with Edgenuity® Instructional Services offers Concept Coaches, who are ready to help students whether or not school is in session.
